Customer-Owned Equipment
Customers remain responsible for ownership of equipment submitted for service.
The Justin Tech may retain equipment temporarily as reasonably necessary to complete authorized services.
Customers agree to retrieve equipment when notified that service is complete, subject to any applicable unpaid charges.
Products
New computers, electronics, hardware, and parts may be subject to manufacturer warranties, specifications, and policies.
Manufacturer warranties, when applicable, are separate from any services provided by The Justin Tech.
Custom Services
Custom programming, computer configurations, installations, and other specialized services may have separate requirements, pricing, or agreements.
Work outside the originally agreed scope may require additional charges.
Intellectual Property
